Week of March 8
Monday:
- Spelling list #10 comes home. Assignment to be completed by Friday.
- Please book your Parent-teacher-student interview time using the instructions sent to you directly from the LGMS office. * Please ensure the time you choose works for you and your child to be there* If you expect to need more then the 15 minute time slot, please email me this week so that I can help find a time to make that work :)
Tuesday:
- Math Quiz (add,subtract,multiply,divide)
- Social Indigenous people - Traditions presentations (students need to have their collected information on a digital or paper poster, plus they need an artifact to show - this could be a model, an item, a video...)
Wednesday:
Thursday:
- Book talks - the checklist and rubric for this can be found in Google Classroom. Students are encouraged to share a favorite book/reread for this project.
Friday (full day):
- Spelling assignment due and test this morning
- Portfolios come home - please look on Google classroom with your child at their March progress review page after spending time with their portfolio to discuss challenges and celebrations :)
- Parent-teacher-student interview times should be booked by today. The link and information came to you directly from the school on March 4th.
