Week of: Sept 8

 We'll be beginning into our core curriculum learning this week but wee are not yet starting weekly Morphology homework.  

Monday: no school

Tuesday:

Wednesday: First Library class! 

Thursday:

Friday (full day): evacuation (fire drill) practice

Ask about our licorice math we did on Monday.  How did it show decimal amounts.

I'm looking forward to our year of learning together :)

I hope that you have had a chance to read a little about me and our class in the introduction letter I sent home to you Monday in your child's agenda.  

This week is all about connections, organizing supplies and learning expectations.  The most important date this week is Thursday when individual pictures will be.
