  Week of  Feb.7

* Coming up the beginning of March students need to have a book completed at their reading level to share for a Book talk.  They should have completed reading this book by the Monday after our February break (Monday, Feb 28th) and be ready to begin writing a script at that time.

There is nothing that they have to do for now except to read their book and pay attention to what it is about.  Please help to remind your child that in addition to daily reading in school they should be reading each evening too.

Monday: Math weekly comes home

Gr.5s - Badminton is beginning in the gym.  As part of school supplies grade 5 and up are to have a badminton racket of their own to use for gym.  Please send that in to the school for the next few weeks.  (Gr.4s have access to the short school rackets to borrow but are welcome to bring their own as well)

***if your child chooses to bring cards or treats to share please show kindness and be sure to provide one for everyone.  There are 26 students in our classroom. Attached is a class list to help.  We are also fortunate to have Ms. Kowalewski with us often during the day.
