Week of June 12
June 4B event calendar (will continue to be updated as new events are added so please check often)
Volunteers needed please!
I am looking for:
- 3 more volunteers for this Wednesday, June 14 (Bow Valley provincial park - Plants field trip)
- 1 more volunteer for Wednesday, June 28th (Banff - Cave and Basin)
Monday: Spelling #15 goes home
- students are asked to bring a clean, fist sized rock for Thursday
Tuesday: 2:20 Library Summer programming visit
Wednesday: Bow Valley Park - Plants field trip 8:45-3:00
Students (and volunteers) will need good walking shoes and a backpack with LOTS to drink (there is no water where we are going) and a bag lunch.
*** Please check the weather and send layers that make sense for the day. There is limited shade and no shelter where we will be. Toilets are outhouses. Bug spray and sunblock, hats.
With the weather forecast right now it looks like rain jackets and possibly rain pants could also be helpful
Thursday:
- rock needed for art
Friday (half day): Spelling test and assignment due
