Week of June 26   - the final week of grade four!😯   

June 4B event calendar 

Monday:  PM-  Knowledge keeper nature walk

Tuesday:   Full locker cleaning is happening.  Please be sure your child has a reusable bag to help with extra items or supplies that need to get home.  

Wednesday:     Cave and Basin field trip 9:45-2:30     A HUGE Thank You to the wonderful volunteers joining us for our final field trip of the year.  

Please be sure your child has good footwear for walking, lots of water and a bag lunch.  Please also keep an eye on the weather and send them dressed with appropriate layers since most of our day will be outside.  

Thursday:     Picnic movie:  Bridge to Terabithia    

Students are invited to bring a 'picnic" blanket and a special drink and snacks for our movie afternoon.

Friday: 10:30 Awards ceremony.  

Summer Vacation dismissal at 12:00 - Thank you for the wonderful year!

• 1 volunteer that would like to join us Thursday morning (10:20-12:20) - we will be near the school doing some outdoor activities and compass work with our Outdoor Learning teacher Ms.J Tweedle

Final math weekly assignment comes home

Tuesday:   Twin Tuesday - I'll be wearing my Smart Cookie t-shirt (it's black) if any students want to make their own cookie drawing and twin with me tomorrow:)

    Final Timed Multiplication facts quiz

Wednesday:  National Indigenous Peoples Day - wear orange

Thursday: PJ day         

    10:20-12:20 - Outdoor learning activities off campus with Ms.Jen Tweedle  

    * Students should be wearing pants and shoes (as well as layers or other appropriate clothing              depending on the weather) since they will be moving through an area of brush and trees

Friday (full day): Film day - name the movie clips

Final Math Weekly assignment is due

*** School items should start to come home this week as we begin to clear out desks and lockers.  Please be sure your child has a spare reusable bad to help them to pack items home as needed ***

Next Week is our Final Spirit week of the year.
