Coming home tonight - forms for booking parent-teacher-student interviews.  I will be filling slots on a first come, first serve basis.  Please feel free to return the paper form to me, or send me an email with your top 3 time choices.  I'll do my best to accommodate everyone.

If your family requires two separate interview times, please let me know and I can send an additional form or email.
