A note from our amazing Right From the Start team:

Structuring Your Child’s Day
During these uncertain times, one of the best things we can do for our kids' mental health - and ours - is to create a routine. Having a structured routine provides us with consistency, predictability and accountability. Consider working with your family to build a daily structured routine for yourselves. Include structured times such as consistent wake-up and bedtime, creativity time, academic time, lunchtime, physical activity, outdoor time, and technology time. For schedule examples, please check out:

Mental Health Bingo
Mental Health is about taking care of your body, mind, spirit and emotions. The Right from the Start team is inviting you to play Mental Health Bingo! This activity promotes kindness, connection and fun! If you wish, take a picture of yourself completing one of the activities and/or of the worksheet with five completed squares and upload to our Facebook page: Right From The Start
(Please note, only post what you're comfortable with us sharing.)

Take Care of yourselves, your families and our students.
