After focusing on a full novel over the last few weeks we have restarted Reading Records. This one was handed out today and is due back by next Thursday at the latest. These are done primarily in class but can also be completed at home and parents are asked to read over them (look for details) and sign them before they are handed in.
Monday: Tonight students have been asked to find a small figurine of their choice. Something finger sized or smaller is about right. A plastic dino, a lego man... student choice. We'll be using them to track shadows over the day as the light changes.
Tuesday: $2 muffin sale happening at lunch. All proceeds are going to support Rocky Mountain Adaptive Sports.
Thursday: Smoothie samples will be made and brought to our class. Sponsored by parent council and created by food students. Please send a small reusable cup to help us to minimize waste.
Friday: Math Weekly #10 due
Remember, all of March is our Light
Painting Photo Challenge!
We've had 3 wonderful students participate in our Light Painting Activity so far. If you don't follow our class on Twitter normally you'll want to follow this link to check it out :) Alternatively - here's the link to the folder of pictures and videos so far. They are good inspiration for your own photos or videos so keep them coming!!
